Type 1 Diabetes Apparel

OUR MISSION

We're all inon Type 1.

Two of our kids live with Type 1 Diabetes. Supporting the people in it with them is built into how this company runs.

Why we'rein this.

Two of our kids live with Type 1 Diabetes. Parker was diagnosed at 2, Evie at 4. When your kids are diagnosed, life reorganizes itself around it, and so does the way you see everyone else living it.

Onboard by Palmr is the part of our company that's all in on them, and on everyone in it with them. Supporting the Type 1 community isn't a campaign we run. It's the reason this exists.

How wegive back.

We've always put part of what we make back into this community, and that doesn't change. We give off the top, not out of profits, on every sale we make, Palmr and Onboard both. It goes out before we take anything home, and it grows as we do.

It isn't a cause bolted onto a purchase. It's just how the house is run. We give back because two of our kids live this, and because the people in it with them showed up for us. We don't lead with it. We just do it.

TouchedBy Type 1.

It starts with Touched By Type 1, one of the organizations doing the real work of awareness, education, and support for T1D families. We run their store, and their pieces sit right alongside ours, one community catalog. Built to actually wear, made to give back.

Built aroundthe pump.

The support shows up in the product too. Every pump-friendly piece has a hidden pocket sized for an insulin pump, placed where it actually works, so a tube pump and your clothes finally get along. Identity, not diagnosis, designed by a Type 1 family for the people living it.

Standing alongside,not speaking for.

We want to be clear about where we stand. We don't have Type 1. Our kids do. So this isn't us speaking for the community. It's a Type 1 family standing alongside it, building the thing we wished existed for our own kids and for everyone in it with them.

Resources& friends.

The people and organizations doing the real work in this community. Worth knowing, wherever you are in it.

Welcome.

However you got here, newly diagnosed, ten years in, or loving someone who is, you're in the right room. We're a Type 1 family too.

Glad you're here.
