Choosing the Right Size

To help you select the right size, sizing charts are available on all product pages. These charts are designed to guide you in picking the best fit for you. In case the item doesn't fit as expected, remember, you can always return it for free and place a new order for a different size. Our goal is to ensure you're delighted with your Palmr purchase.

Made a Mistake With Your Order?

We understand that mistakes happen. Our orders are processed swiftly, sometimes within minutes of being placed. If you realize you've given us an incorrect shipping address, it's crucial to email us immediately with both the incorrect and correct shipping addresses. While we can't guarantee that we'll be able to update the address before the package is dispatched, we promise to do our best. How quickly will my order be shipped?

At Palmr, we're committed to getting your order out as fast as possible. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. However, do keep in mind that during peak seasons or when we're launching new products, processing times might be slightly longer. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Orlando, Florida, ensuring a speedy and efficient delivery process.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate and show an estimated delivery date. For Standard US shipping, your order is expected to arrive within 3-6 days after shipping. The tracking information allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

What about Priority Shipping?

For Priority Shipping, your order will be expedited and shipped out first. This ensures that you receive your Palmr products promptly. For orders within the US, Priority Shipping generally means your order will arrive in 2-3 days after shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Palmr ships to most international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks, but this can extend to 4-6 weeks, depending on your country's customs processing.

What about international customs, duties, and taxes?

Please be aware that as the recipient, you may face customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These additional charges are your responsibility, as Palmr has no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

My tracking shows 'Delivered,' but I haven't received my package. What should I do?

If your tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, but you have yet to receive it, please wait an additional 5 business days. Sometimes carriers may mark a package as delivered prematurely. If your package still hasn’t arrived after this period, please reach out to us at support@palmrstyle.com for support.

Return & Exchange Policy

Free Returns on All US Orders

At Palmr, we want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns on all US orders. Here’s how our return process works:

  • Eligibility for Returns: You can return your order within 30 days of fulfillment for a full refund.
  • Condition of Returned Products: The product must be returned in the same condition as you received it. This means it should be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Refund Process: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • Clearance Items Policy: Please note that items purchased on clearance are non-returnable. We ask that you carefully consider your purchase of sale items.
International Returns

We accept returns for international orders, but please be aware that international customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. The same conditions apply for international returns as for domestic: the product must be in its original condition for a refund to be processed.

Exchanges

While we do not offer direct exchanges, our free returns policy makes it easy for you to return an item and place a new order for the desired product. Simply return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.
