Life can be tough, and everyone faces their own battles. For Nick, one of our Palmr community members, it’s the daily challenge of raising two kids with Type 1 Diabetes. Nick understands that to be the best father he can be, he needs to take care of his mental, physical, and spiritual health. This includes getting a good night’s sleep, carving out time to relax, staying spiritually strong, and finding peace through prayer.
