Palmr was built by a family, for families and our Ambassador Program is one of our favorite ways to bring that mission to life.

We’re looking for people who love what Palmr stands for: comfort, connection, and joy in the everyday moments. Whether you’re sharing beach days, backyard hangs, or vacation vibes, you help show what feel-good style for real life looks like.

Each quarter, we open up a limited number of ambassador spots to join the Palmr Fam.

Our goal with the Palmr Ambassador Program is to spread awareness of the brand and collaborate with our community to create real, meaningful content for social media.

Every ambassador receives:

🌴 What We Ask in Return

We keep it simple.

In your first 30 days after receiving your product, we ask that you:

  • Send us 3–5 lifestyle photos featuring your Palmr pieces.

  • Share 1–3 videos, including 1 UGC-style video posted to social media where we’re tagged as a collaborator.

  • Leave a review of the product you received.

That’s the minimum β€” but if you go above and beyond, we notice. Our favorite creators often move up in level and earn even better perks each quarter, which means more free product from us.

🌴 How It Works

Our Ambassador Program runs on a quarterly cycle, opening four times a year alongside new product launches.

  • Apply this quarter: Fill out the form below and tell us about yourself.

  • Get selected: If you’re chosen, we’ll place you in one of our four ambassador levels (we don’t share the details, but trust us β€” there are perks).

  • Create and share: You’ll get your product and start creating content.

  • Grow each quarter: We’ll review every ambassador’s activity and results β€” content, engagement, effort β€” and adjust levels accordingly.

We want everyone to have fun, create freely, and feel supported. This isn’t about being perfect β€” it’s about being real.

🌴 A Few Things to Know

  • Ambassadors are selected based on fit, creativity, and enthusiasm β€” not just follower count.

  • Everyone is part of our affiliate program and earns a percentage of sales from their unique code or link.

  • The more genuine, consistent, and creative you are, the better your chances of moving up next quarter.

  • There are limited spots available each season, and they fill quickly.

Palmr Ambassador Program Agreement

By submitting this form and joining the Palmr Ambassador Program (β€œProgram”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation

You’re joining as a Palmr Ambassador (β€œAmbassador”) to help promote Palmr and its products through your personal social media channels and other online platforms.

Your participation is voluntary and may be ended by either you or Palmr at any time. Ambassadors are independent partners, not employees, representatives, or agents of Palmr.

2. Content Creation

As part of the Program, you agree to create and share original photos, videos, and/or reviews featuring Palmr products.

You will:

  • Tag @PalmrStyle and use any official program hashtags (e.g., #PalmrAmbassador, #PalmrUnderTheSun).
  • Clearly disclose your participation (for example, by including β€œ#PalmrAmbassador” or β€œ#ad”) in compliance with FTC guidelines.
  • Submit or share your content by the deadlines provided in your onboarding packet.

3. Content Rights & Usage

You grant Palmr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, share, reproduce, edit, and display any content you create and provide under this Program.

This includes β€” but isn’t limited to β€” use on:

  • Palmr’s website and product pages
  • Social media accounts
  • Email marketing
  • Digital and print advertising
  • Paid or organic campaigns

This license will last for a minimum of one (1) year from the date the content is submitted and will automatically renew yearly unless you notify Palmr in writing (to info@palmrstyle.com) that you wish to revoke permission.

Palmr agrees to always credit your content when possible and not to alter it in a misleading or inappropriate way.

You confirm that:

  • You own all rights to the content you share.
  • Anyone featured in your content (including family members or children) has given permission for Palmr to use the content as described.

4. Compensation & Perks

Ambassadors may receive perks such as gift cards, discounts, free products, or commissions through Palmr’s affiliate program. These perks are not considered wages or employment compensation.

5. Conduct & Representation

Ambassadors agree to:

  • Represent Palmr positively and respectfully.
  • Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content while participating in the Program.
  • Not promote competitor products while featuring Palmr in the same post.

Palmr reserves the right to remove Ambassadors from the Program at any time for violation of these terms or for behavior inconsistent with the Palmr brand and values.

6. Liability

Palmr is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Program or use of Palmr products.

7. Agreement

By clicking β€œapply” and submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the above terms, and you consent to the use of your submitted content as described.
