The Team Behind Palmr Studio
Palmr Studio is run by the same team behind Palmr (our family apparel brand) and Threadbird (our merchandise agency with 20+ years in custom production).
Nick started Threadbird to solve custom apparel production challenges for brands of all sizes. Years later, he and Rebecca started Palmr because families like theirs, dealing with T1D. They wanted to make clothes they'd actually love to wear.
Palmr Studio brings both together: you get access to Palmr's designed products and Threadbird's production infrastructure. It's the collaboration we wish existed when we were on your side of the table.

What's your minimum order?
50 units per product style.
That's the sweet spot where we can maintain Palmr quality and make the pricing work. You can mix products (50 polos + 50 hats), but each item needs to hit 50 units.
We're built for quality production, not one-offs. If you're on the fence about whether 50 works for you, let's talk through it.

What type of products can we produce?
Short answer: Pretty much anything.
Through the Palmr + Threadbird collaboration, we can produce any custom apparel or accessory you need. You're not limited to what you see in our current product line.
Our existing Palmr products include:
- Polos (like our Icon Night Polo)
- Hats and headwear
- T-shirts and performance tees
- Sweatshirts and outerwear
- Shorts and bottoms
- And a lot more
But we can also create:
- Custom tech packs from scratch
- Products outside our current line (jackets, bags, accessories, etc.)
- Modifications to existing Palmr designs
