Monthly Drawing Rules

The short version: every month we draw one name from our email list and send that person a $100 Palmr gift card. Real drawing, real person, drawn on the 1st and announced by email. Being on the list is the entry. The official rules are below.

Official Rules

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

  1. Sponsor. The monthly drawing (the "Monthly Drawing") is sponsored by Palmr, Orlando, Florida ("Palmr," "we"). Questions: info@palmrstyle.com.
  2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Owners and employees of Palmr and members of their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
  3. How to enter. Subscribe to the Palmr email list through any signup form on palmrstyle.com, including the Onboard by Palmr list. Subscribing is free and is the only method of entry. One entry per person per drawing, regardless of how many email addresses you use.
  4. The drawing pool. The Monthly Drawing recurs each calendar month. Each month's drawing includes every eligible subscriber on the list at the time of the drawing, whichever month they joined. You stay entered in every monthly drawing for as long as you remain subscribed. Unsubscribing removes you from future drawings; resubscribing puts you back in. The Palmr and Onboard by Palmr lists form one combined pool with one winner per month.
  5. Winner selection. On or about the 1st of each month, we select one (1) winner at random from the combined pool. Odds of winning depend on the number of subscribers at the time of the drawing.
  6. Prize. One (1) $100 Palmr digital gift card per month (approximate retail value: $100). Gift cards are redeemable at palmrstyle.com, are not redeemable for cash, and are subject to our standard gift card terms. Prizes may not be sold or transferred for sale. Any taxes on a prize are the winner's responsibility.
  7. Notification and announcement. We notify the winner by email at the subscribed address. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, we may select a replacement winner at random. We announce each month's winner to the email list using first name and last initial only.
  8. Privacy. Entry information is used to operate the email list and the drawing and is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information.
  9. Changes. We may modify, suspend, or end the Monthly Drawing at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and apply to future drawings only; any drawing already announced for a given month will be completed.
  10. General. By entering, you agree to these rules and to Palmr's decisions, which are final on all matters relating to the drawing. The Monthly Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, Klaviyo, or any other platform. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
